Instructions

  1. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and, preferably on a large plate or platter, place them alternately in rows (a little on top of each other). Pour olive oil over it to taste and season well with salt and pepper. Scatter sunflower seeds on top and sprinkle with fresh herbs. Then serve, add the balsamic vinegar and, depending on your taste, pour over it.
  2. Serve with baguettes.
