Wash and roughly chop tomatoes (8 to 12 pieces, depending on size). Take the fresh sheep`s cheese or feta cheese out of the package and dice it.
Put the tomato pieces, the cheese cubes, salt and pepper in a large baking dish. Peel and squeeze the garlic to taste. Sprinkle with plenty of tarragon and olive oil.
Cook in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for approx. 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
Serve with baguette.
