Clean onions and peppers and cut into strips. Cut the meat sausage into sticks. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
Sauté the onions and peppers in hot oil, then deglaze with the tomato cream soup. Fill the soup can with water and add the water to the soup. Bring everything to the boil, then cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the meat sausage and noodles to the soup, heat everything and season the soup with salt, pepper and Tabasco.
