Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and eggs, peel them. Let cool down. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Dice the potatoes and eggs as well. Dice the cucumber and cheese a little finer. Put everything in a suitable sized bowl.
  2. Mix the cream of lettuce with the ketchup, the spices and the cucumber water until smooth and fold into the ingredients with the parsley. Season to taste and serve.
