- Chop the dried tomatoes, cocktail tomatoes, garlic and bell pepper and mix together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and fry them in the sun-dried tomato oil.
- Pour the meat over the vegetables and, if you like, add more oil from the sun-dried tomatoes over the salad. Serve sprinkled with sunflower seeds.
