Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the tomatoes and place in a bowl.
  2. Peel the onions and, like the feta cheese, dice finely. Cut the basil into small pieces (do not chop!). Halve the olives.
  3. Mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season the oil-vinegar mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little sugar.
  4. Now add all the ingredients to the tomatoes in the bowl and mix the whole thing carefully.
  5. An oven-warm baguette goes very well with this.
