- Wash and dice the tomatoes and place in a bowl.
- Peel the onions and, like the feta cheese, dice finely. Cut the basil into small pieces (do not chop!). Halve the olives.
- Mix together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season the oil-vinegar mixture with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little sugar.
- Now add all the ingredients to the tomatoes in the bowl and mix the whole thing carefully.
- An oven-warm baguette goes very well with this.
