Instructions

  1. Wash and core the tomatoes and remove the stalk - now cut the pulp into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Drain the kidney beans and mix with the diced tomatoes, onion and parsley in a bowl. Drizzle everything with vinegar and oil. Season with sugar, salt and pepper and mix again.
