- Dice the tomatoes, cut the onion into rings. Mix both with the olives and feta cheese.
- Make a vinaigrette from the oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with the tomatoes, feta cheese, onion and olives.
- Cut 16 balls out of the melon with a ball cutter. Put this with the fortified wine and the chopped basil in a bowl and let it steep for 30 minutes.
- Then alternate the drained melon balls with the ham on small wooden skewers and serve with the tomato salad.
