Halve the date tomatoes, roughly cut the rocket and cut the sheep`s cheese into approx. 1 cm cubes.
Mix the grape balm, olive oil, salt, pepper and salad herbs into a dressing. Mix the salad ingredients loosely with the dressing and let the salad steep a little.
Serve with a slice of crispy ciabatta as a starter or as a side dish with a grilled steak.
