Instructions

  1. The tomatoes must first be peeled. This is best done with what is known as a vegetable peeler. Then the tomatoes, the spring onions and the pitted peppers are diced into small cubes, either using the liquid in the tomatoes or not. Chop the coriander and add it. Finally, season the whole thing with salt and pepper. Unfortunately, you can only buy fresh coriander in wholesale markets. Dried coriander hardly meets the fresh taste.
  2. This salsa can be eaten with chips, bread or as a side dish to meat!
