Cut the poultry sausage and the onion into small cubes and fry them briefly in a little olive oil. Chop the garlic and add it. Deglaze the tomato and vegetable juice (amount as required) with the sachet. Season with plenty of sweet paprika powder, freshly ground pepper, salt, some chilli and herbs and add a pinch of sugar. Bring everything to a boil and simmer gently for 10 to 20 minutes.
