Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and fry in a little oil. Press the garlic and fry briefly. Pour the sugar over it and let it caramelize. Put the chopped tomatoes in the pan and then slice and add the carrot.
  2. Stir in the sour cream, Provence herbs and tomato paste. If the sauce is too thick, you can simply add a little water. Now dice the feta cheese and add it to the sauce. Finally, season the sauce well with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve the sauce with pasta.
  4. Freshly grated Parmesan / Grana Padano and fresh rocket are super delicious.
