- Wash, dry and slice the tomatoes. Cut the sausage (with or without garlic, to taste) into narrow strips. Finely dice the onion.
- Mix a marinade of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and water (1 tablespoon), season with salt, pepper and herbs and pour over the ingredients.
- The salad should then sit for 15 minutes.
- I always use a few leaves of fresh basil for decoration.
