Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Sauté in hot oil. Pour in the peeled tomatoes with the juice, then add the meat or vegetable stock. Let it get very hot for about 5 minutes. Cut the cheese into small pieces and stir in. Finally, season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
