Instructions

  1. Poke the meatballs and let them boil in a large saucepan with water for about 30-45 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the soup vegetables and the wieners into small pieces. Season the mince with pepper and salt and form small balls.
  2. Now cook the soup vegetables in the water from the Mettenden. Take the Mettenden out of the water and cut into half slices.
