For the potato balls, peel the potatoes and cook them in salted water. Slice the parmesan and add to the cooked potatoes with all the other ingredients except the sesame.
Now mash the mixture into mashed potatoes. Form small balls and roll them in black sesame seeds. Heat some margarine in a pan and fry the balls all around. Set aside and keep warm.
For the tomato soup, peel the garlic and onion and cut into cubes. Sweat both with sugar and chilli. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Then add to the onions and continue to cook for 3 minutes while stirring.
Deglaze with the chunky tomatoes and the water and orange juice. Bring everything to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the soy cream.
Puree the soup and season with salt and pepper. Wash and chop the basil. Add to the soup and serve.
