Instructions

  1. For the shortcrust pastry, quickly knead 1 egg, butter, flour and 1 tablespoon of cold water as well as 1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary to form a smooth dough. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet.
  2. For the topping, mix together goat cream cheese, 2 eggs, honey, mustard and 2 tablespoons of chopped rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Spread the goat cream cheese mixture on the dough, cover with tomato slices cut as thick as a finger and top with thinly cut onion rings.
