Instructions
Mix the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Add the tomato and tomato paste and mix well. Finally stir in the creme fraiche or cream and season to taste again.
Tip:
If you like, you can add a few chives rolls.
