Wash and slice the zucchini thoroughly. Fry the zucchini slices briefly on both sides with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices.
Make a juice from the lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic, the herbs and the remaining olive oil.
Layer the zucchini slices, tomatoes and mozzarella alternately in a dish, spreading the juice spoon by spoon in between. Pour the last of the juice over it when the baking dish is fully coated. Let it flow.
