Wash the tomatoes and zucchini and cut into thin slices. Clean the mushrooms and cut into fine leaves. Arrange all ingredients in flakes on a plate.
Slice the Gouda into fine shavings and sprinkle over them.
Mix vinegar, oil, salt and pepper to a marinade. Sprinkle the salad with coarse pepper from the mill and chopped basil. Finally, drizzle the marinade over it.
