- Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, cool, peel, cut into small pieces and remove the seeds as desired.
- Detach the watermelon from the skin, chop it up and remove the stones if necessary.
- Put the tomato and watermelon pieces in a bowl. Remove the lemon thyme and peppermint leaves from the stems and sprinkle over them.
- Mix the balsamic vinegar and oil into a dressing, season with salt and pepper, add to the bowl, stir everything together and serve the salad cool.
- Baguette goes well with it.
