Instructions

  1. Put the tomatoes in boiling water for a few seconds, cool, peel, cut into small pieces and remove the seeds as desired.
  2. Detach the watermelon from the skin, chop it up and remove the stones if necessary.
  3. Put the tomato and watermelon pieces in a bowl. Remove the lemon thyme and peppermint leaves from the stems and sprinkle over them.
  4. Mix the balsamic vinegar and oil into a dressing, season with salt and pepper, add to the bowl, stir everything together and serve the salad cool.
  5. Baguette goes well with it.
