Instructions

  1. Eight the tomatoes, halve the onions and cut into thin slices. Mix with the mayonnaise. Then boil the eggs hard, peel them and while still hot (important!), Cut them into slices with an egg cutter and immediately add to the tomato and onion mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Tastes slightly warm but also cold.
  3. Best served with grilled meat or just eat with fresh baguette.
