Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into very thin slices. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Chop the garlic. Fry the potatoes in 4 tablespoons of oil until light yellow. Steam the onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons of oil until translucent. Finely chop the parsley and basil.
  2. Butter a flat baking dish. Fill in the potatoes as the bottom layer. Salt and pepper. Spread the parsley on top, then the onions, then the tomatoes. Salt and pepper as well, top with basil. Finally, distribute the mozzarella slices on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
