Instructions

  1. Clean the peppers and leeks. Chop it together with the chilli pepper. Cook with the chopped tomatoes in the vegetable stock for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, paprika powder and honey. Now add the processed cheese and dissolve in it. Finally, puree the soup.
  2. Serve garnished with sour cream.
