Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Wash and clean the pepper and cut into strips. Also cut the onion into cubes.
Fry the onions in oil, deglaze with cream and add tomatoes and peppers. Add the cream cheese, tomato paste, seasoning mixture and sugar. Bring to the boil briefly and garnish with the pasta with herbs.
