Peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into half rings and chop the garlic. Slice the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Add onion rings and garlic.
Mix a salad dressing from oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and Pul Biber (the red powder that is also often sprinkled on the kebab), pour over the tomatoes and mix everything together. Finally, roughly chop the sheep`s cheese and sprinkle it on the salad. Let everything soak for about 1 hour. Fold in the cheese just before serving.
