Cover baking trays with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Finely chop the peanuts and cut the cream toffees into 6 small pieces each.
Sift the flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl and mix. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter or margarine and use a hand mixer with a dough hook to mix everything into a smooth dough.
The dough into a roll about 60 cm long and cut into 1 cm thick slices. Cover 1 piece of cream toffee with the dough and shape into a ball. Turn the balls in a little milk or dip them in a mug with milk and roll them in the chopped peanuts.
Place the balls on the baking sheet and bake at 160 degrees for about 18 minutes.
