Prepare all the ingredients. To do this, finely chop the onion and peppers. Fry the onions and minced meat well in a large pan. I always let it set very lightly so that it has a light roasted aroma.
Sear the diced bacon in a second small pan at the same time, but you can of course prepare it in the same pan beforehand.
Then add the peppers and a small sip of water and fry again for a few minutes. Then add all the other ingredients. Then simmer everything for about 30 minutes until it has a somewhat firmer consistency.
I also use homemade buns and pour some homemade ranch sauce over the filling. Finally, you can garnish the whole thing with a few cucumber slices.
