Put rock candy and water in a saucepan. Scrape out the pulp of the vanilla pods and add to the rock candy. The scraped pods are also added.
Now heat everything at the highest level so that the rock candy dissolves. Once this has happened, the consistency should already be syrupy. If not, just let it simmer a little more.
Then pour everything into 2 jars rinsed with hot water (with the vanilla pods included) and place on the lid for a moment.
