Instructions

  1. Wash the currants, pat dry and pull off the stalk, fill a clean bottle with a wide neck with the rock sugar in layers, pour in the sliced vanilla pod in between.
  2. Finally, add the vodka or grain, close the bottle and shake vigorously.
  3. Now only wait 3 months, filter the juice and pour it into a bottle.
