Prepare a simple shortcrust pastry from the ingredients for the dough and then divide it in half. Form two round plates of the same size from the halves and place one of them in a prepared springform pan.
For the cream, put the egg yolk, milk and flour through a sieve in a saucepan, then add the sugar and lemon flavor. Heat the whole thing over a low flame and stir it constantly until a fairly firm cream is formed. Let cool down.
Then spread the cream on the lower sheet of dough in the mold, then place the second sheet on top.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 20 minutes until the dough is through.
