Put the mascarpone in a mixing bowl. Add the cream as required (i.e. until the mascarpone can be stirred), add the powdered sugar and the liqueur and stir with a spoon. As soon as the cream is easy to stir, stir with a whisk until it becomes a nice, sweet mixture. Do not forget to taste and possibly add seasoning).
Wash the strawberries and then cut off the thick end. Then cut the strawberries in half and then cut them into slices. Cover the tartlets with the mascarpone cream and then arrange the strawberry slices on top like a fan.
The tartlets can be served immediately or stored in the refrigerator for a long time.
Tip: If there is anything left over from the cream and strawberries, then add as many more tartlets as you want or simply add the strawberries to the cream, this makes a nice pudding for the next day.
