Cut the savoy cabbage and bell pepper into strips. Heat the oil in a pan and steam the vegetables in it for 5-10 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the tortellini in salted water for about 10 minutes.
Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and add the broth. Put processed cheese in the pan and melt in it. Stir in mustard, season with paprika powder.
Drain the tortellini and add to the vegetable pan. Mix everything together and season again if necessary. Finished!
The dish also tastes good with medium-spicy mustard and normal noodles. I`ve already tested everything.
