Instructions

  1. Simmer the broccoli florets with the vegetable stock in a saucepan for 4 minutes. Put the cooked broccoli (without liquid) in a large baking dish. Set the broth aside and let cool a little. Cook the tortellini in boiling water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and add to the baking dish.
  2. For the sauce, sauté the onion cubes in a saucepan with oil. Add the cornstarch and stir constantly with a whisk. Gradually add the vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Add the ham cubes and the cream to the sauce, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste and bring to the boil briefly.
  3. Pour the sauce over the tortellini and broccoli florets and sprinkle everything with grated Gouda cheese. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes until the cheese is lightly golden brown.
