• 250 g tortellini
• 2 cups sweet cream
• 1 packet processed cheese (herbs)
• 2 slices ham, cooked
• 1 onion (s)

Instructions

1. Dice ham and onion and fry. Mix the cream with half a pack of cheese and bring to the boil. Add the ham and onion mixture and season to taste. Pour over the cooked tortellini and let it steep for a few hours, possibly overnight. Warm up shortly before serving and, if necessary, pour in the cream again.
