Instructions

  1. Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the onion and ham into small cubes and fry in a little oil. Pour water on and stir in the granulated broth. Bring everything to the boil, add the whipped cream and milk. Remove some milk beforehand and use it to stir the flour without lumps. Thicken the sauce with the flour-milk mixture, i.e. add while stirring and simmer on a low flame for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. The cooked tortellini and the canned vegetables are then added to the finished sauce. Stir, let it get hot and serve.
