Cook the tortellini 2 minutes shorter than described on the package. Finely chopped onion and garlic and fry in oil and butter until translucent. Add the stock and cream and reduce until creamy. Season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar, Tabasco and lemon juice.
Let the cooked tortellini soak in the finished sauce for another 3 minutes. Mix in the finely chopped parsley and serve.
