Instructions

  1. Knead the minced meat with the toast, egg yolk, garlic, tomato paste, mustard and the spices. Shape it into small balls. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls in it on all sides for about 7 minutes. Take the balls out of the pan.
  2. Steam the onion and diced paprika in the frying fat. Add 1 teaspoon of tomato paste and the tomatoes, simmer for 5 minutes and season to taste.
  3. Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain and add to the sauce with the meatballs. Serve the tortellini pan garnished with basil.
  4. The dish contains approx. 540 Kcal per serving.
