Boil the tortellini in salted water, drain in a colander and allow to cool. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and curry powder and fry until golden brown, then allow to cool.
Peel the pineapple and tangerines and cut into small cubes. Mix mayonnaise or Miracel Whip, yoghurt and pineapple juice in a bowl to create a cream, season with salt, pepper and curry powder.
Add the tortellini, tangerines and pineapple to the bowl. Cut the chicken into small pieces and add. Stir everything in well and let it steep for about 30 minutes.
