Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini until they are firm to the bite according to the instructions on the packet and then let cool down after briefly chilling.
  2. Tip: I always use the saucepan I used later to mix the other ingredients.
  3. In the meantime, rinse the cucumber and cut it in half lengthways. Scrape out the core with a teaspoon. Cut the cucumber into 6 long strips and then finely dice them. Clean the peppers and cut into fine cubes. Clean the spring onions and cut into thin rings along with the green stem. Divide the feta cheese crosswise once and also dice these two layers.
  4. For the dressing, mix the herb mixture according to the instructions on the packet and mix with the Miracel Whip.
  5. Now put the cooled tortellini back in the pan and mix with all the cut ingredients. Finally add the dressing and fold in slightly. Allow to steep in the refrigerator for approx. 1 hour before consumption, then stir again, season if necessary and transfer to the final bowl for consumption.
  6. The salad goes very well with grilled food or simply as an accompaniment to other dishes.
