Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, cut the cucumber and ham into small cubes. Add the corn.
Mix the yogurt with the mustard, tartar sauce, lemon juice, sugar and herbs. Then season with salt and pepper. Mix the dressing with the ingredients in the bowl.
Drain the tortellini and let cool. Add the cool tortellini to the bowl and stir well.
I still let the salad sit for 2 hours so it can sit through. However, it can also be eaten immediately.
