Cook the tortellini in plenty of boiling salted water for about 16-20 minutes according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, clean and wash the cucumber and cut into cubes. Clean and wash tomatoes and cut into wedges. Dice ham and cheese. Mix everything in a large bowl.
Drain the tortellini, drain well and allow to cool.
Then add to the remaining salad ingredients. Mix together the salad cream and yoghurt. Peel the garlic and press it directly into the sauce using a garlic press. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Mix the salad dressing and salad ingredients loosely. Sprinkle with parsley.
Let the lettuce soak in the fridge overnight until you are ready to eat it.
