Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
In the meantime, heat the cream with the processed cheese and the tomatoes in a saucepan and melt the processed cheese completely while stirring constantly with the whisk. Bring to the boil briefly. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more milk. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce. Stir well, cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes, then serve.
