Instructions

  1. Finely dice the jerky meat, garlic and onion. Cut the peppers and mushrooms into not too small pieces.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly. Add the jerky meat, onion and garlic and continue to fry. Add the peppers and mushrooms and fry briefly. Deglaze everything with the white wine and add the spices. Let the whole thing simmer for a quarter of an hour and possibly add some more liquid.
  3. In the meantime, cook the tortellini.
  4. Just before the tortellini are done, add the sweet and sour cream to the sauce and season with the spices used.
  5. To serve, you can put the whole thing separately on the table or layer the tortellini in a baking dish and briefly bake it with the sauce and cheese in the oven.
