Prepare the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
Dice the onion, finely chop the garlic and also cut the ham into cubes. Then heat some oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and garlic. Add the ham and fry briefly. Now add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Season with the broth and herbs. Then add the cooking cream to the sauce and bring to the boil again. Season to taste with the spices.
Freshly grated Parmesan and salad go well with this.
