I cook the tortellini and vegetables (separately) in broth or salted water. When the vegetables are firm to the bite, I drain the vegetables and keep some of the cooking water. Then cream and some sauce thickener come in. Then I let the whole thing simmer and add processed cheese (2 - 3 corners) and dissolve it.
You can then add nutmeg or curry to taste, possibly adding a few herbs, depending on your taste.
You can of course do the whole thing with any vegetable, with any type of pasta. Instead of the cream you can also use milk or light sauce / hollandaise powder. Depending on your taste.
