Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Don`t let it get too soft.
In the meantime, wash and dry the arugula and place in a large bowl. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and cut the flesh in the skin into cubes with a knife. Scoop out with a spoon and pour over the rocket. Mash the gorgonzola in a small bowl with a little milk or cream and melt in the microwave. Then mix well.
Mix the drained tortellini with the Gorgonzola sauce and pour over the salad. Mix gently and serve garnished with seeds or nuts.
