Cook the tortellini in salted water as described. When they`re done, drain the water, pour wild garlic butter over the hot tortellini if you like, stir in and serve. In addition, a fresh green salad, possibly with finely chopped wild garlic.
Bear`s garlic butter is made in-house: wash a good handful of wild garlic leaves, allow to dry, cut finely, stir with soft butter. - tastes fantastic
