Instructions

  1. Bring plenty of salted water to the boil, add the tortelloni and heat for about 1 minute. Drain and let cool. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into short strips. Cut the feta cheese into cubes. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat. Mix the mayonnaise with yogurt and pesto or herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the tortelloni with the paprika, cheese and the sauce. Arrange the tortelloni salad on a platter and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds. Garnish with basil if necessary.
