Sauté the onion, add the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Cut the paprika into cubes and add. Add 1 can of corn to taste. Add the salsa and, if you like, soften the spiciness with sour cream.
Briefly heat the tortillas in the microwave and brush with sour cream.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into small strips and place on the torillas. Spread the minced meat and salsa mixture on top, put some cheese on top and roll up.
